Delivery Information

We aim to get your products to you quickly and safely so your project can stay on track.

  • Shipping Lead Time: 2–3 working days.
  • Coverage: We deliver to the UK only.
  • Important Note: We strongly recommend booking your installers only after your items have arrived and been fully inspected.

Returns & Restocking Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items (that are not faulty) are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This covers the cost of administrative handling, testing, and repackaging.
  • Return Delivery Costs: The cost of returning items to our showroom or warehouse must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Exclusions: Bespoke or "Special Order" items that were specifically ordered or manufactured for your project are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the associated collection or return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
