Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by Heating Parts Specialists Limited, trading as Woodford Bathrooms & Boilers (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order via our showroom, website, or over the phone, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Basis of Sale
- Entity: All transactions are processed through Heating Parts Specialists Limited.
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that showroom displays and online images accurately represent our products. However, slight variations in color and finish (especially in tiles and natural materials) may occur.
- Quotations: Any design guidance or quotations provided based on dimensions sent by the customer are subject to final site measurement. The Company is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Payment: All goods must be paid for in full at the time of order unless a trade account agreement is in place.
- VAT: Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
- Lead Times: We offer a 2–3 working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses. While we strive to meet these windows, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
- Liability: We are not liable for any costs incurred (such as plumber or builder fees) due to delayed deliveries or damaged goods. Do not book your installer until you have physically received and checked your goods.
- Receipt of Goods: Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Returns and Cancellations
- Restocking Fee: For all "change of mind" returns or incorrectly ordered items, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund total.
- Return Carriage: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
- Distance Selling (Online/Phone): In accordance with UK law, online customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of a return. This does not apply to in-store purchases where the customer has inspected the goods.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Bespoke or "Special Order" items (items not held in our standard stock and ordered specifically for you).
- Items that have been installed or partially assembled.
- Perishable items or sealed items unsealed after delivery.
5. Faulty Goods
- If a product is found to be faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period, the Company will facilitate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
- We are not liable for faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.
6. Technical Advice
- Our staff provides expert guidance based on our history as heating parts specialists. However, all products must be installed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer or a qualified plumber. The Company is a supplier only and does not accept liability for installation errors.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
